Joe was such a good friend to my parents (Jack and Helen Butler). He also refereed many a basketball games wtih my dad. I knew him while working at the Buddy Basketball Tournament many years ago. God Bless the whole family. So sorry for your loss. Lynn Butler Barcus

Joe was the best basketball official WV ever had. He taught me the importance of calling a fair game and being able to leave after the game with my head held high. Do it for the kids and everything else will fall into place. May God Bless the Cunningham family.
