MALLORY JOAN BEACH, 47, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away Friday, March 11, 2016, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. She was born October 14, 1968, in Huntington, W.Va., the daughter of the late James Michael and Cherry Pinson Beach. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Jeromy Beach, her paternal grandfather Harold Beach and maternal grandparents James "Snook" and Billie Cole Mallory Pinson. She was a former bank teller at One Valley Bank in Huntington for 12 years, former Chaplain for the Cabell County Democratic Women's Club, former member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, member of the Barboursville Baptist Church where she was a Primary Sunday school teacher and all the children knew her as Miss Mallory. She was also a graduate of Milton High School and Marshall University. She is survived by her paternal grandmother Margaret Beach of Barboursville, W.Va.; two aunts, Becky Beach Poynter of Huntington, W.Va., and Rheta Keefer of Ona, W.Va.; two cousins, Matt and Linda Keefer of Barboursville, W.Va., and Logan Poynter of Huntington, W.Va. A Celebration of Mallory's life will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Barboursville Baptist Church with Pastor Evan Arkell, Rev. Richard Sexton and Rev. Bill Blankenship officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the church. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2016, at Forest Memorial Park, Milton, W.Va. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, is caring for the family.
