Marlene Ullom Obituary
Marlene was born February 16, 1941, in Summersville, WV, a daughter of the late Earl & Amelia O'Dell Russell.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Maude Moore & Patricia McLaughin, two brothers, Gene & Henry Russell.
She attended the Jehovah's Witness Congregation, Barboursville, WV.
Marlene and Howard were the owners of Ullom Realty (currently Old Colony Realty).
Per Marlene's request, her remains were donated to the Marshall University Human Gift Registry.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
Marlene was loved and will be missed by family and friends.
Survivors include one brother, Arthur Allen (Brenda) Russell of Milton, WV, and numerous nieces & nephews.

I was a sales representative with the Herald Dispatch servicing many of the local real estate agents in the early to mid 1980s. Marlene advertised almost daily with The Herald Dispatch when she owned her company, Ullom Realty. She was a pleasure to work with, was a tireless worker, and was passionate about listing and selling real estate. She was the leading agent in the area for a number of years, and helped many other agents along
the way. It was a privilege to know someone of her caliber who always found a way to help people buy and sell homes. Deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
