MARY L. CHEUVRONT

MARY L. CHEUVRONT, 89, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017, at home. She was born December 31, 1927, in Huntington, daughter of the late John and Evva Mayse Stone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Thorne Cheuvront Sr.; three sisters and one brother. She is survived by three children, Byron Cheuvront Jr., Sandie (Joey) Bova and Barbara Cheuvront (Danny) Deen; four grandchildren, Misty (Russell) Tully, Wendy Borstein, Megan Bova and Nathan Cheurvont Deen (Anitra); one great-grandson, Parker Stone Borstein; special niece and nephew, Mary Elizabeth Mullarky and Joseph Cheuvront; one sister, Carolyn Sue Lee; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, George and Collie Parnicza and family. She was Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer of Pinson Coal Company for 50 years. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington.
