PAULINE LYKINS Obituary
PAULINE SHINGLETON LYKINS, August 9, 1929 – December 19, 2014. On December 19, at the age of 85, Pauline Shingleton Lykins was taken home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald M. Lykins. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Marcia Ann (Mrs. Michael G. Mancini) and Cozette (Mrs. Donald L. Mobelini); five loving grandchildren, Christopher J. Mancini, Marcus G. Mancini, Ashley C. Marana, Donald L. Mobelini and Belinda J. Mobelini; and six precious great-grandchildren, Kaye Isabella Mancini, Marcus G. Mancini II, Giada O. Marana, Emma S. Marana, Christopher D. Mobilini and Anna G. Mobelini. Pauline was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kenova, where she was an active member of the Joy Class. She was a graduate of Ceredo-Kenova High School and attended Marshall University. Pauline had spent years of employment with the West Virginia State Road, Sun Oil Company and retired from Ashland Oil in 1984. Pauline's life was full of love, both given and received, a nurturer and caregiver, a faith-filled woman of service and a blessing to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201 or Samaritan's Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
