Phyllis Pitts Obituary
PHYLLIS ROBIN PITTS, 78, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday November 3, 2025 at Sanctury of the Ohio Valley, Ironton, OH.
Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Woodmere Memorial Park's Abbey of Remembrance with Pastor Jerry Matt officiating. Entombment will follow.
Phyllis was born September 17, 1947 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Paul Ezekle & Phyllis Cook Callicoat. She was a retired operator from the former C & P Telephone Company. She was also preceded in death by her husband Steven B. Pitts.
Survivors include three children; Marie Beth Squires of Huntington, Christopher Pitts of Chesapeake, OH, & Steven Pitts of Albany, GA, eight grandchildren, one sister; Melva Turner of Parkersburg, WV & two brothers; Paul & David Callicoat both of Huntington and many other family members and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11 a.m. going to the cemetery.

Our hearts are heavy, but we know you´re at rest. Lots of great memories for us to cherish. We will always remember the joke you told to my late husband Mike, your tattoo of the mouse & the kitty caught the mouse. The look on Mike´s face was priceless! We all laughed so hard!
