RUBY RATLIFF Obituary
RUBY LEE RATLIFF, 71 of Huntington, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 15, 2016. She was born October 4, 1944, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Leslie and Elizabeth Jordan Blake. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Ratliff. She was the beloved mother of Lisa Hathaway-McComas of Chesapeake, Ohio, Kristy (Lee) Spurlock of Huntington, Kevin Dudding and Gary Ratliff, both of Lavalette. She is also survived by two brothers, Mick Blake of Huntington and Pete Stephens of Kenova; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, with Bill Plybon officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be two hours prior to services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Huntington, especially Sandy, Rhonda and Georgana for their loving care and support.

Will miss her I have known her through the Bowen family for a long time and have many memories mostly of being down at the campground with all the family. She will be missed. Condolences to all of her friends in family, she is in good hands now.
