SANDRA KAY HARTLEY GOAD, 70, of Charleston, W.Va., formerly of Beech Creek, W.Va., died May 19. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Chambers Funeral Services Chapel, Matewan, W.Va.; burial will follow in the Goad Family Cemetery, Beech Creek, W.Va. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. www.chambersfuneralservices.com.
