Visitation will begin Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 6pm and all day Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Tim Salyers officiating.
Burial will follow at the Family Cemetery, Hager Hill, Kentucky
