SHARON WILCOX Obituary
SHARON KAY WILCOX, 76, of Huntington, passed away Friday July 15, 2016, in St. Mary's Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, with Pastor Keith Wiebe Jr., officiating. She was born October 15, 1939, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Luther V. and Allene C. Wetzel Barber. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Gospel Church. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Alan Harley Wilcox and one son, Chad Alan Wilcox, both of Huntington; one sister and her husband, Beverly and Herb Webb of Richmond, Ky.; one brother and his wife, Jim and Connie Barber of Huntington; sister-in-law Glenna Lovins; brother-in-law Jeffrey Glen Jackson; former sister-in-law and her husband Donna and JD Wolford; seven nieces, Jamie Barber, Lisa and Terry Thomas, Teresa Killian, Mia Simpson, Sarah and Daniel Hall, Beverly Lovins Dunlap and Lesley Worley; three nephews, Aaron Webb, Todd Lovins and Kevin Lovins; numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews. The family will visit with friends from 1 p.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Grace Gospel Church 1111 Adams Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704.
