Shelia Wright Obituary


SHEILA ANN WRIGHT, 82, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025, after a long battle with dementia.
Born on June 16, 1943, in Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Mary Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wright, and her daughter, Katy Wright.
Sheila was a devoted member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Chesapeake, OH. She is survived by her children, Spencer Wright, Blair Wright, Amy Wright, and Daniel Wright; her sister, Sarah Rowan; her grandchildren, Corey, Zachary, Nicholas, Spencer, and Dennis; and her great-granddaughters, Madilyn and Emma.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Sheila's special caregiver and friend, Debbie Smith.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Chesapeake, OH, with a luncheon immediately following. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington.
