Eric Eichel Obituary

EichelDECATUR - Eric "Rick" Eichel, 49, of Decatur passed away at 5:30 am Monday January 9, 2012 in his home. Per Eric's wishes cremation will take place at Graceland Crematory. His ashes will be scattered at his family's farm in Wisconsin. Rick was born on January 29, 1962 in Peoria the son of Donald and Irma (Pruss) Eichel. Surviving are his parents, brothers, Tim Eichel (Lora) of Decatur; Bruce McDonald of Mt. Vernon; son, Brandon Eichel; and two grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held 10 am to 12 noon Saturday, January 14, 2012 in the Salvation Army. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
