DECATUR - Madelyn Faye Lewis, 81, of Decatur, IL, departed this life on December 18, 2023, at the Loft Rehabilitation of Rock Springs Nursing Home of Decatur, IL. She was born in Centralia, IL, on January 16, 1942 to Johnnie Cobb and Vera Brown.
Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., service at 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at The Church of the Living God, Temple #4, 904 East Cleveland Ave., Decatur, IL, 62521, with Bishop E.F. Grey officiating. Interment at Graceland-Fairlawn Cemetery, 2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL, 62526.
