A Celebration of Life to honor Todd will be held on July 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Second Church of God in Decatur.
Todd was born on September 18, 1976, in Decatur, IL, the son of William Calvin II and Virgina (Williams) Marsland.
Todd was a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School, was previously employed by Bargain Bins of Decatur and loved riding his motorbike.
