Dr. Perez taught me so much, he would come and visit the patients bringing laughter, encouraged me to go beyond what I thought I could do. He was priceless. Our family also got our potbelly pig from him. I missed talking with him when he moved. To his family you are on my prayers

I still can't believe you are gone. It was only last week that we were having coffee and talking about life. I remember your mischievious laugh and sarcastic remarks. You really have left a dent in our hearts. I am so fortunate for all of those holidays that we spend together and your advices that changed my life. My heart is heavy with the loss of my friend. He had the most brilliant mind and his 3 greatest passions were his love of America, an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and deep love for his children.
