As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Bruce was special to his classmates at North Miami Jr and Sr. High. Always cheerful and joyful warming the hearts of his classmates through laughter and his big beautiful smile (even with braces). He will be greatly missed and that smile that warmed our hearts each day will be forever etched in our hearts and mind.

I just learned of Bruce's passing from my brother, John. Bruce was always such a cheerful guy and made everyone around him laugh! It's been so long since we all graduated, but just the mention of North Miami Jr & Sr. High Schools and reading this guest book, has brought back many fond memories. Peace to your family. God Bless You.

It’s awful to hear the passing of someone so young, with a future of unlimited adventures and possibilities. Although I attended school, from elementary through high school with Steven, it would be very difficult not to know the entire Fowler/De Lucca families…everyone knew them, how could you not. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the entire families, and Bruce will always remain in our memories. Always, Kathy & Michael Toth

The thing I remember the most about Bruce is his laugh. He sure knew how to have a good time. I can't even think about high school without thinking about Bruce. He is and will always be a big part of my memories of high school. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all of his friends. He will be missed.

I was saddned to hear this evening about Bruce's passing. In earlier years, he was a frequent and welcome visitor to my home which was just a few blocks from his own. Like Bruce's, we also were a large family and Bruce was a friend to all of us. So, from myself and all of my boys--Brian, Kevin, Timothy, David, Paul, Eric, Matthew and Christopher, we send our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to his family and loved ones.

We were sadden by the news of Bruce's passing.
We are never prepared for the loss of a loved one, but GOD is always prepared to help us through that loss. His presence will begin the healing in your soul as His love surrounds you with the comfort only He can give. With deepest sympathy,

I found out about Bruce's passing today(2/22/09) while on Facebook. I live in Massachusetts and I have not been in contact with Bruce for over 20 plus years. The news of his passing hit me hard. I have been thinking about him all day and it reminded me of the fragility of life. My memory of Bruce was mostly of childhood. He was always interested in sports and was always the life of every party. I remember his big family (I came from a big family too) and remember those summer vacations as kids doing what kids do best-WHATEVER!
I will miss him. My prayers to his family and loved ones

My deepest sorrows to Bruce's family. No mention of the Class of '83 is complete without some mention or association of Bruce Fowler and how he touched our lives.
Because I live in Texas, I am unable to attend the memorial for Bruce, but my memories of him will last forever.
In our hearts, in our minds,
In our affections – constantly.
At the going down of the sun
And in the morning, we will remember.

Bruce you will be missed,by many...I visted bruce at the hospital two weeks ago, along with Ken Bernstein, Mike Boucher and Steve Alberti. After spending time with him the four of us stoped off for dinner, we spent several hours rehasing old story after old story. we all agreed how lucky our timing was and how fortunate we were to have grown up with one another. That idyllic time will always be with each of us as will bruce a lovely with a great smile and big heart... we miss you brother...
