Pembroke Pines, Florida - Carlos J. Billa, 85, passed away December 21, 2022, in Pembroke Pines, FL, surrounded by family. Fittingly, as he was a contractor/builder by trade, he immigrated from Chile in 1977 to build a better life for his family. After accomplishing that feat, he and his wife Flora moved to Pittsburgh, PA to live out their remaining years. He took care of her until the end and now they are reunited. His loving family is grateful for the life he led that brought us to where we are now. Tata, you will be missed. Viewing at Scarano Funeral Homes 9000 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines. Wednesday December 28, 3-5 PM
