AUGUSTIN, DENISE, died at age 68 on June 5, 2004, in Miami. She is survived by her beloved daughters and son, Elizabeth, Rachel, Muriel, Patricia, Sabine, Charles and Stephanie and their spouses; her grandchildren Michael, Bertrand, Raphael, Jean Marc, Jean Sebastien, Olivier, Coralie, Arielle and Jonathan; her brother and sisters, Nicole Augustin, Dr. Serge Augustin, Mrs. Maryse Lapierre, Mrs. Marie-Carmelle Lafontant, her nephews, nieces, cousins, aunt and friends whose life she touched.
