Family-Placed Obituary

ROBEY, Eileen E. age 80 of Vandalia, passed away suddenly at her residence on Wednesday, August 17, 2005. She was born February 22, 1925 in England, daughter of the late James & Annie Mae Fairclough. She was a retired secretary. Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, David Van Robey in 1997. She is survived by 2 daughters, Margaret Gail & husband, Gary Kaiser of West Milton and Janet Ridenour of Union; 2 sisters, Clarice Stringer and Dorothy Leigh, both of England; 3 grandchildren, Kathryn Lockhart of New Lebanon, David & wife, Mindy Kaiser of Tipp City, Brian Ridenour of Columbus; 2 great-grandchildren, Haley Lockhart & Jordan Kaiser and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, August 20, 2005 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Rev. John Fowler officiating. Burial Polk Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 pm until time of service. If so desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Eileen's memory.
