Five years after his passing and I still have the best memories of Dr Ashkar. I was his patient for 30 years and he treated me for my thyroid, school problems, future decisions and so much more. I considered him a role model and he was one of the kindest human beings I have ever encountered.

I loved my Doctor Words cannot express the pain I feel for the lost of this great person. He was my doctor for 20 years and it was always a pleasure to see him every year - I have been calling the office and just learn today of his death only to be told he has passed. I was to see him later this year. I am devasted but God will see the family through and I will keep you in my prayers always. May God bless you all. He was a good person awesome friend and doctor. I will miss him forever but will keep him in my heart! May his soul rest in Peace!

I am very concern and sad. He was my Dr. Angel for 11 years. I can't believe it.
He was happy and positive person, I had thyroid cancer and he treat me like his daughter, I'm 43 years and he always saw me like 31.
I love him very much

I have been Dr. Ashkar's patient for almost 20years. What a brilliant doctor and even nicer man. I was shocked to hear the sad news today especially since Dr. Ashkar was in such good shape. Although I only got to see him twice a year, I am deeply saddened and he surely be missed dearly. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

I am so sadded to hear the news of Dr. Ashkar's passing. He was such an extordinary doctor, very hands on with his medical team and patients. I have been his patient since 2013 and I travel far to see him from Stuart,FL and the medical care I received was excellent. I was saddened to hear of your passing yesterday and in shock as I had been to your practice about a month ago as I was not feeling well. As a patient of yours for the past 15 years I can honestly say that you were the most caring, compassionate, humble, and intelligent doctor. You were always smiling.
