Minnie & Randy,
I'm sad to hear of Jack's death. I always admired his fairness and generosity. He liked to bargain hard, but had a kind heart I think.
I know he'll be missed.

Thinking of you every day....even if we talk on the phone. We all will miss Jack. It seems to me that he is just away for awhile. I will miss his stories and jokes (even if I'd heard them before). I remember so many life things I learned from him. He was always so kind and generous. His halo may have tilted on occasion, but he had a big heart and was a good soul. I chuckle to myself when I think about the little desk plaque I gave him one time that read "please don't talk while I'm interupting". I will always have so many good and happy things to remember about him to keep me "keepin' on" as Pop use to say. Remember that you are very much a part of the family and have always been so and we all love you very much. God Bless Jack and keep him with Him.

Dear Enelle and Mona Merl,
I am so sorry to learn of Jack's passing.
Ii have fond memories of being at your house. Dottie Kane gave a surprised birthday party for me at your house. I did not know Jack, but I rmember your parents who always drove us to Band practice. My deepest sympathy to you both.
I have lived most of my life in Ohio since graduating from medical school, but I do get home to see my Brother Eddie and my children and grand children in Ft. Myers.
With deepest sympathy.

To Jack's Family:
My memories of Jack go back to our high school days at Miami Senior High. He was a good friend and fun classmate. He was such a good dancer - and my prom date! It was good to see him after many long years and to meet his wife at our first Class 0f '44 reunion in 1994 and to see that he had not changed! He was always a fine person and destined for success. I am sure he has touched many lives and will be greatly missed. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Dear Minnie: I worked with Jack starting in 1979..what a person..teacher; mentor I learned a lot from him, and later your son. God rest his soul, and God bless you and your family during these trying times.

Dear Minnie,
I had the pleasure of working with Jack at WQBA AM/FM on 27th Avenue, right out of high school. He was always very kind to me and I learned a lot from him.
Through the company, he made arrangements for me to purchase a beautiful bedroom set and enjoy a wonderful honeymoon trip to Mexico...as wedding gifts in 82.
His approach, knowledge and work-ethics in National Sales is a rare thing to see these days...but I was blessed to have witnessed it, and therefore I'm able to continue his style today.
May you find comfort in the words of old friends.
Adios amigo, que Dios te bendiga.

Amid the sadness of these days lay a glimmer and comfort in tomorrow. The glimmer becomes a vibrant beacon while time passes, as the sadness is soothed. It is his memory in heart which burns so brightly in our skies, while the thoughts of time shared comfort tomorrow.
You shared much with me in many different forms. Passing on wisdom with interesting stories, and demonstrating compassion in dark times; this is why, while I live, your memory will never fade and will forever burn in my sky.
Love your Grandson

Dear Minnie:
Jack and I worked together when I was just starting out in my career. He was my teacher, my mentor and most important, a true friend. He will always be in my heart.

Dear Minnie:
We are very saddened to learn of Jack's passing.
Jack and all of you are and will always be very special to us.
I remember first working with Jack when I joined WQBA as a young salesman, when he was National Sales Manager.
I fondly remember the time, interest and care that he took to guide me in my career...guidance and help which truly had a very positive impact in my life.
With the progress of time he ended up working under my direction at the radio station and later at WSCV-TV.
It is truly heartwarming to remember and it says a lot about the kind of man he was, that at that later time, he took the exact same genuine interest in guiding me.
I will always treasure having known him so well.
Our prayers are for his peaceful rest and for God's strength for you.
