A la familia Lescano,
Hoy, 17 de septiembre, es cuando me entere del fallecimiento de Javier.
Fue un placer para mi conocerlo en la iglesia de St. Augustine aqui en Gainesville. A pesar de haber hablado poco con el en las reuniones pascuales y en otras misas dominicales, lo recuerdo con carino por todo lo que el me conto de su vida y lo que hizo por esta universidad. Mi mas sentido pesame para su senora Celia, tambien una gran persona, y sepan que estoy a su desposicion cuando me necesiten.

Dear Lescano family,
It was such an honor to be present for the celebration of Mr. Lescano's life. The spirituality and love that is witnessed within your family is truly a blessing that permeates all those who come near you. I will continue to pray for you all as you mourn, and I will always remember Mr. Lescano very fondly.
