Jerald Geistweite Obituary

GEISTWEITE, JERALD B., passed away on October 14, 2008 after a long illness. Jerry was born in Munroe Falls, OH on February 18, 1930. He proudly served in the U.S. military. He was a member of the Executive Club of Greater Miami and the Gas Institute, having retired from Public Gas Co. after 34 years. During his employment there, Jerry managed the Perrine, West Palm Beach and Miami offices. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason. Jerry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jacque; daughters, Debra Buckhalt (Allen) and Laura Decker (Gilbert); son, Mark Geistweite (Xiaoping); sister, Joyce McGuire (James) and grandchildren, Peyton, Danyle and Katelyn Decker, Tim, J.T. and Christina Buckhalt and Kennis Geistweite. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked at Public Gas Company until December 1983. I remember all the good times and what a wonderful boss Mr. Geistweite was. My sincere sympathy to the whole family.
