John Hoover Obituary

Coral Gables, Florida - John W. Hoover, Jr., 76, died June 15 after a long illness, with his beloved wife, Deborah, by his side.
John graduated in 1967 from the University of Miami School of Business and received a graduate business degree from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
John was a perpetual entrepreneur, banker and real estate developer. He was formerly an officer and director of National Title Insurance Company, founded in 1936, by his grandfather A.W. Hoover.
Moreover, he developed several residential, commercial and industrial warehouse properties in South Florida, Nevada and Colorado.
John loved Miami Football and attended every home game of the Miami Dolphins and Hurricanes.
John is survived by his wife Deborah Hoover (née Raddatz), son Dr. John W. Hoover, III (wife Paola), daughter Diana Hoover Saadeh (husband Dr. Pierre Saadeh) and granddaughters Jennifer, Nicole, and Samantha Hoover. He is also survived by his sister Betsy Hoover-Thomas (husband Brad Thomas) and sister-in-law Diane Raddatz.
Donations may be made in memory of John W. Hoover, Jr. to James A. Sawyer Memorial Scholarship Fund at University of Miami Herbert Business School, 1320 S Dixie Hwy, Coral Gables, FL 33146.

Betsy ~~ I just Googled John's name to find out that he passed away just a few months ago.
I tried to keep in touch with him but my life turned upside down and for some reason I ended up in Boca Raton and am now trying to get back to Miami.
I met John when I was 23 and he was always a part of my life.
The last few times we spoke he didn't sound well.
I know you and Debbie and all the family must miss him more than ever
