I was shocked and saddened to read about Mike's passing in the Florida Bar Journal.
Mike and I were in the night section of law school together, and we would compete with each other each semester to see who had a higher law school ranking. But every semester it was always the same; we both had exactly the same ranking throughout law school.
I will miss our occasional chats during the years to discuss the law and family.
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Warm regards,
Susan Geiger

Bev: Paula and I are so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He and I worked together at Stroock many years ago, and I will always remember Mike as such a genuine, nice, interesting person. He cared not a wit that I was a very young lawyer 14 years his junior. He always had the time to discuss virtually anything with me, and he really set an example for me of how I should treat others. I really viewed his office as a great place to hang out. I know there is nothing I can say to take away the pain of his loss, but I want you to know that Mike does live on in the example he set. While I did not know Mike very well, I do try to emulate what I did know of him. He truly did make the world a better place, and he will be missed.

Bev, our deepest sympathies to you and the entire family on the passing of Mike. Mike was a great person, friend and lawyer and I will always cherish the memories of the years we worked together at Steel Hector and Bercow Radell. He always made things fun. May the love of family and friends and treasured memories help you find peace and comfort in the days to come. Zena and Jeffrey Dickstein
