Nicholas Curto Obituary

CURTO NICHOLAS A., SR., 83, passed away August 19, 2003. He was a veteran of WWII. Survived by wife Roberta, sons Nicholas, Jr. (Anne), Arthur (Debra), daughters Celeste Curto, Denise Miller (Michael), Anita Jesmer (Mark), 13 grandchildren, sister Mary Curto, half brother Frank Audi, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Friday (today) 6-8 pm, with a Prayer Service at 7 pm at the Cofer- Kolski-Combs Funeral Home, 10931 NE 6 Ave., Miami, FL. Lona and I wish to extend our deep feeling of sorrow to the Curto Family.

We retain happy memories of Nick Sr., dating back to the years I was Mechanicville reporter for The Record Newspapers of Troy.

Nick and I were active Rotarians then, and I also remember seeking his professional know-how at Curto Jewelers.

His smiling photo in the Times Union write-up is absolutely the Nick we knew --and remember...
