Cutler Bay, Florida - Robert Edward Beattie, 70, of Miami, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised by his parents Eileen and Bill Martin. Robert was a successful contractor and avid outdoorsman who had a passion for adventure and the great outdoors.
He is survived by his children, Brian and Christal (Andrew); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Robert, and Isaac; great-grandchild Eli; and his former wife and mother of his children, Debbie.
A memorial service will be held at Van Orsdel in Kendall on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to The Everglades Foundation.
