Victor Springer

December 16, 2013

Rubin was a cherished and loved member of our Springer family. He was the nephew of my mother Rae Dayan Springer, and thus our, Cecelia and Victor's, first cousin. Early in our lives we lived with the Dayan family on Pearl St in Jacksonville. Later, Rubin lived with our family for while after he finished high school and was a bookkeeper for the Greyhound Bus Line. When I was a student at the Univ of Miami and he, his parents, and brother Jack had store in Miami, Rubin was like a big brother for me. I will always miss him; I will say kaddish for him.
