North Miami, Florida - Steven Firman, age 96, passed away on July 25, 2021. Born March 4, 1925 in Woonsocket, RI., son of the late Korneld and Caroline Firman. WWII US Navy Veteran Amphibious Forces Pacific. High School Graduate, 1943, and Bryant College 1949 in Providence RI. Miami area resident since 1952. Retired accountant from the City of North Miami, 1990, Board of Trustees, North Miami Pension Fund. Passion for reading, gardening, physical training, ocean swimming, dancing, the stock market and loved to make people laugh. Survived by sister, Jeannette Guindon, Cocoa , FL. Finally, procrastination cured! Memorial Service at Gregg L. Mason Funeral Home, 10936 NE 6 Avenue, Miami Shores on Friday, October 22 at 11:00 am.
