Stuart Meyers Obituary
August 7, 1941 - June 7, 2025
Hallandale Beach, Florida - Stuart Irwin Meyers, beloved father, grandfather, and real estate visionary, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, leadership, and community impact.
Over a 50-year career, Stuart founded The Related Companies Florida LIHTC Group, The Cornerstone Group, and Meyers Group developing over 20,000 rental units across 70 communities in Florida and West Texas. His work shaped affordable and market-rate housing across the region.
He is survived by his children, Wendy (Tom) Crabb and Jeff (Vivian) Meyers, and grandchildren Logan, McKenna, Griffin, April, Zach, and Jake.
The family thanks Shannon Moore and Justin Werts for their loyal care, especially Shannon, whose companionship brought Stuart joy and dignity in his later years.
Donations may be made to the Israel Emergency Fund, c/o Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

I always will remember him coming to the office, passing next to my desk with a big smile saying "good morning ". He was a very dedicated and honorable businessman who had a vision and passion. He will always be remembered and his memory will be respected and honored.
