After retirement, he earned his BBA from FIU in 1974. He is survived by his son, Douglas (wife Marie); a brother, Bill; and sister, Dolores; grandchildren, Jeff (wife Anna), Amy, Warren (wife Kerry), Renae, and Allison; great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Stephanie, and Megan, as well as a number of nieces and nephews who all loved him very much.
