Frank Wryn Obituary
He was born April 14, 1930, in Great Falls, Mont., to James and Deola (Ramsey) Wryn. He had two sisters and four brothers.
His family moved to Klamath Falls in 1940. He graduated from Klamath Union High School in 1948. In 1950, he married Marie Turner in Sparks, Nev. They had three sons.
After serving in the Korean War, most of his working years were in the trucking business. In the mid-1970s, he was part owner of Mid Oregon Express in Bend, Ore. In 1990, he and his wife returned to Rocky Point. He worked part-time for Bear Cat Trucking.
He enjoyed camping, boating, water skiing and snow skiing with his family. He liked to work with wood and built several boats, furniture, and his home in Rocky Point and remodeled several homes for his family.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years Marie of Rocky Point, his son Bob and his wife Marie, grandson Connor and granddaughters Hunter and Rhiannon, all of Los Angeles, Calif.; his son Greg and his wife Mary, grandson Justin, granddaughter Dana and great-granddaughter Lilly Ann Hestin, all of Springfield, Ore.; brothers Ralph and his wife Patricia of Klamath Falls and Russell and his wife Nancy of Lake Oswego, Ore.; and several wonderful nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, two brothers and his son Frank Jr.
According to his wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial services. Disposition was by Pyramid Cremations. Ward's Klamath Funeral Home (541-882-4404) is in charge of the arrangements.

We are so sad to hear of Frank passing. He was truly a great man and we were fortunate enough to have known him and volunteer with him at the fire department. Our thoughts are with you Marie and family at this time. Frank will be greatly missed.

I just want the family to know how much I loved Frank since being in this family. I looked forward to see his smiling face and his making me feel welcome. Good conversations thru good and bad times. This was a man that was truly loved and cared for thru their 62 years of marriage. You will be missed.
