I just learned of Tom's passing, so please excuse my tardiness in writing this message.

Tom was a dear colleague and friend of mine at Bridgewater State College, 1971-1973. I shall never forget his many kindnesses, insights, and support during that trying time. It was always a pleasure to talk to Tom - oh, that cheery wit! He was a true scholar, and how he loved Faulkner!

My deepest condolences to Gail and the boys.

Mrs. Watson.

I recently met Mr. Watson when inquiring about my family plot in the Univerity Cemetary. Mr. Watson shared some wonderful stories and told me of his journey to finding "The Mountain".

I am sad to learn of his passing in this life but I know he is sharing his beauty in another.

My Prayers to his family,

Patti Almond (Rogers)
