William Howard Fowler, 70, of Elkhorn City, Ky., passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on January 30, 1950, to the late Nelson Morgan Fowler and Itley Owens Fowler and was a member of the Elkhorn City Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Alex Brandon Fowler.
William is survived by his wife, Brenda Gay Bailiff Fowler; daughter, Christa Rose of Richmond, Ky.; grandchildren, Meyonnia Fowler, Alyx Rose, Bayli Rose; sister, Irene (Darrell) Breeding of Richlands; Va.; a niece, Amanda (Brandon) Buskill; daughter-in-law, Lisa Fowler; sister-in-law, Donna Bailiff Adkins; nephews, Shannon Harrison and Derek (Rachel) Leach; great-nieces and nephews, Morgan and John Buskill, Megan, Jake and Grace Leach; and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Elkhorn City, Ky., officiated by Aaron Butler.
