I just saw that pastor Buzz passed away. My husband and I knew Buzz, Janet, Jesse and Kitsie in the early '80s in Richmond, VA, as Buzz pastored our church. Pastor Kell was the only person who made me feel like they believed in me without condemning at EHA , he had faith in me that I now wish I could tell him about but Yah willing if I´m worthy I´ll meet him again with joy everlasting.

What greater calling could there be. Much love to all of your family in this terrible loss, but we know where he is, and you will see him again. We have many happy memories of our time at Restoration church with Pastor Kell and his family and know he will be missed terribly by his entire family! We send our prayers to all as they grieve his loss. Although Rex sends his condolences, he is not able to attend but his thoughts and prayers are with the entire family!

I had the privilege of picking up the work at Shiloh New Covenant Church and adding more layers to the foundations Pastor Buzz and then Pastor Bob Litterest labored over. Both men had moved on to works in Richmond, but went out of their way to encourage our progress and keep in touch. It made for a firm foundation that weathered challenges of growing the work. My heart felt condolences to you and your family Sis.Kell. I truly enjoyed the days of Love school when you and Pastor Kell would come and do the puppet ministry.He will truly be missed. I will never forget the excitement in my daughter Special eyes when she got off the bus telling me that her name meant extraordinary.Pastor Kell had given her the meaning of her name in Chapel that morning and the excitement was still with her when she came home.All that knew him loved him,he will truly be missed.

I never met Buzz, but - like many others - I am blessed by his pioneering work in serving as the first pastor of Shiloh New Covenant Church. Now in its 40th year, Shiloh's congregation and leadership are continuing to live in, and share with others, the goodness of the Kingdom of God through Jesus Christ and His indwelling Spirit.
I pray the Lord will fill your family with comfort, peace, and godly joy in knowing Buzz served the purpose of God in his generation.

My sincere condolences to the Kell family. Pastor Kell was an awesome example of Christ. The lessons that came from him through conversation while at EHA face to face, riding the van, or participating with him in worship during our morning devotions(which was a mini service) remains with me today. He made sure that no day went by without making sure who he made contact with knew Christ. It was definitely a honor in knowing you. Sending prayers of peace and love to Mrs. Kell and family always.
