LEAODUS PHEA Obituary

LEAODUS LYNN PHEA Leaodus Lynn Phea, 65, of Sherman, TX entered this life on September 4, 1958 and departed this earthly life on August 7, 2024. He was the second child of six born to Kenneth W. Phea and Carolyn E. Payton Phea. He is survived by his wife Gwenetta L. Phea, mother Carolyn E. Gaddis (Ricky), brothers, Andre L. Phea and C. Dewayne Phea (Lisa) and sister Mae Della Gentry (Shunn), daughters, LaShawn N. Duplechan and Tya N. Phea, sons, Dorian L. Phea and Christopher L. Reed-Elder and 13 grandchildren, one great-grand child and Geo. After being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, he battled for 2 years. However, he found solace in TikTok recipes and supplied treats for Naturally You Salon. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by family for his Bible studies and sports talks especially on Track and Field. He was known for his famous green beans, cheese potatoes and Lj's Licking Smacking Sauce. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for this appearing. -2 Timothy 4:7-8 Special thanks and appreciations to Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Dr. Nathan Gilbert, Dr. Susan Mathai, Dr. Guerrero and Elizabeth Brown FNP of Baylor Scott and White of Dallas for the comfort and support they provided.
