Patrick Maynard Obituary
Pat was born May 16, 1930 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Clarence Maynard and Mayme (Francis) Maynard. He was married to Betty Carey on November 2, 1957 in Colorado City, Texas.
Pat graduated from Loraine High School and served in the US Army for two years and was stationed in Korea. He worked and retired from the US Soil Conservation Department for 30 yrs.
Pat enjoyed officiating for the SFOA, and ran the chains, and worked the clock at Austin College games. Pat and his wife have been members of Fairview Baptist Church in Sherman since 1965.
He is survived by his wife Betty Maynard, brothers and sisters in - laws, Bill and Von Dean Muncrief, Lyndal and Martha Carey, Margaret Colley, Nancy Mayo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Maynard.
