I only had the chance to know Sandy for a short while, but what a lovely person she was. Last November at the Cherokee Thanksgiving Dinner she shared a recipe for a coconut cake which I have made many times since. I will continue to make this wonderful cake in her memory and think of her each time. My thoughts and prayers are with you (the family) at this time. Sincerely, Bryan Bellah, Aubrey, Texas
