Theresa Blanton Obituary
Theresa passed away on Monday, Oct. 3 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Marshall Patterson; her mother, Bobbie Simon; two brothers, Christopher Patterson and Juan Blanton.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 48 years, Earnest McDonald; daughter, LaTonya (Richard) Roberts and son, Andre Blanton; brothers, Jerry (Kathy) Blanton, Garry Blanton, Mark Blanton, Michael (Ernestine) Blanton, Brian (Leslie) Blanton, Larry Brown, Terry (Jewel) Taylor, Timothy (Lisa) Babcock, Ronnie (Sabrina) Wimbush, Marshall Patterson, Jr., Howard Patterson, Henry (Roberta) Patterson, Calvin (Artura) Patterson, Alvin Patterson; sisters, Georgiana Malone, Demetra Blanton, Alisa (Terrence) Wade, Sharon (Choyce) Huey, Serlina Turner, and Teresa (James) Washington and other relatives and many friends.
Public viewing will be at Waldo Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 10 from noon until 8 p.m.
The Home-going Celebration will be Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Whitewright, TX with Rev. Dave Bradley as Host Pastor with Rev. Willie Ballard pastor of the First Missionary Baptist Church officiating.
Theresa will be buried in the Oakhill Cemetery, Whitewright, TX.
