Etta Lucille "Lou" Fleming, 72, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Lou was a homemaker and a member of Lake City Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, Classic Car Club, spending time with her granddaughter, diamond art, and jigsaw puzzles.
Survivors include one daughter, Jamie Lynn Diaz, Sharpe; one son, Rodney James Duncan and partner, Fabrizio Dellabernarda, San Francisco, California; three sisters, Annabelle Brewster and husband, Phil, Corydon, Nevalyn Hubbard, Henderson, Vicki Garrett, Kuttawa; two brothers, Joe "Buddy" Combs, Burna, Eric "Ricky" Combs, Kuttawa; one granddaughter, Kennady Paige Robinson, Reidland, and several nieces and nephews.
Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Kenneth Fleming; her parents, Joseph Lynn Combs and Fronia Estelle Walker Combs; and two brothers, Charles Combs and James "J.B." Combs.
There will be no visitation or services at this time. The family plans to have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date with burial in Kuttawa Cemetery.
Lakeland Funeral Home of Eddyville is in charge of arrangements.
