Consuelo Justin Obituary

Consuelo "Lucki" Justin

Consuelo "Lucki" Justin, 73, was born September 29, 1939. On October 6, 2012, the Lord opened his arms and carried her to heaven peacefully with her family by her side in her Marysville, WA home.
Born in Maui, Hawaii she resided most of her life in the state of Washington. She had warm memories as a student of Holy Rosary High School. Lucki proudly retired as a manager of the Boeing Company after over thirty years of service.
If you were fortunate enough to know Lucki it was her smile you would never forget, her integrity in the way she lived, and her belief in people. She was always there for anyone in need. She loved all animals, especially her dog, Pepsi and her cat, Salem. She enjoyed music of all types, gardening and taking care of her impeccable yard. Reading, Sudoku, playing cards and a family game of scrabble were a few of her favorite past times. Devoted to her family and friends we will miss her smile and laughter and she will forever be in our hearts.
She volunteered many hours of her time to the ECEAP program for Marysville School District and believed in contributing to Meals on Wheels, Purrfect Pals, Senior Services and Catholic Community Services.
She leaves behind dear family members, Lillian Dayton, Nancy VanPatten; niece, Nicole Dayton-VanPatten; nephews, David Hodgson, Justin Usey and Jason McGovern,; brother and sister-in-law, Angel and Rick Lepo; nieces, Elena McGovern, Consuelo Straw and Veronica Justin; great-nephews and nieces, Jacob McGovern, Justin McGovern, Kyla McGovern and Angela Straw; and many family members she held dear to her heart. Close friends, Jerry and Gayle Dubuque and countless others were always in her thoughts.
She will forever reside in Heaven with her parents, Aladdin and Consuelo Justin; her brother, Aladdin Justin Jr; and family, Tracy Hermann, Carol Wilcox and many others whose lives she touched.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Hospice of King and Snohomish County for their exceptional care and kind-heartedness given to Lucki and the family in her final days.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice, Purrfect Pals or St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marysville, WA.
Lucki requested not to have a formal funeral, a private celebration of her life was held October 13, 2012.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
