Jessica, I am soo, soo sorry for your loss. Eric was a funny, sweet, great man. We have missed you both down here in Ketchum. Blessings and prayers sent your way. I wish I could be there.

For most there are only a few people that you meet and become and remain friends for our entire life. Eric was one for me. He was a member of my family he was a brother. We shared many experiences and memories From the time we were kids till just months ago. He was "uncle" to my kids and to my nephews and nieces. His loss is beyond words to describe. I miss him.

When I first met Eric all I felt was love. He was the kindest soul that just wanted to love everyone and have them love the food he made for them. He filled my kitchen with love and wonderful food (and a thousand dirty dishes).
Eric I am going to miss your love and your food. I will always remember and try to replicate your philosphy to just love everyone.

Eric was a very special friend to my son, Ben. Eric went out of his way to make Ben feel like a friend, not just a customer. Eric and Jessica watched over Ben and fed him and made him feel like a true friend. Ben misses Wrap City and Eric every day. Thank you so much for being such a blessing to my son.

Eric was one of the nicest, most generous, and friendliest people I've known. Always an upbeat smile -- even on those busy days! I am privileged to have known him, and he will be truly missed.

Eric, you made more of an impact on people than you realize. I appreciate all the genuine time spent years ago with myself and the other cousins. You truly were another uncle to me. Rest easy, and I look forward to reuniting with you one day in heaven.
