Frances Marie Freestone

Frances Marie Freestone, 76 passed away on March 6, 2003.
Born in Everett on June 13, 1926 Frances lived her entire life here enjoying the town she was born in. As a young mother of four children she was involved with PTA and set up many Fun Nights at Garfield Elementary School. Later in life she enjoyed gardening, pottery, cake decorating, dried flower arrangements and square dancing and was a longtime member of the Hillbillies Square Dance Club. In her last years she enjoyed activities at the Everett Senior Center. Fran had a passionate interest in Asian art and passed quietly at home among the beautiful objects she enjoyed and collected over many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Alice Heiret; brothers Robert and Ron; and her beloved daughter Judith Cheney.
She is survived by three children, daughter Jean Freestone of Bellingham, daughter Brenda Burger, and son Mark Forson both of Marysville and their spouses; four grandchildren, Mary, Christa, Tamara and Diane; and three great grandchildren Angela, Kellie and Kaydra.
At her request there will be no memorial services.
The family will have a gathering of friends at 2225 Chestnut between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00p.m. on Saturday March 15th. If you have questions or need direction contact Mark at 360-659-2182.
