Harry, Damon and all family members, our deepest sympathies to you all. The service was beautiful, and I wish I had shared when I had the chance, but wanted you all to know how much our family loved George. He had a gift, the ability to make you feel special...everytime I saw him he lifted my spirits and made me feel like a star. He always did the same for my father, and for that I am eternally grateful and appreciative. It may have been a gift to have this quality but we all know that it took a conscious effort on his part to brighten so many people's lives and days. I'm sorry I never got over to see him, and you're strength and support were an amazing tribute to the love you all had for him. I personally will make every effort in his memory to make someone feel special today, and everyday. God bless you George, we will miss you a great deal.

George and my ex husband, Don Bunney, were lifelong friends. In 1968 George was the best man in our wedding.

Eula and Jill taught me to make Spanakopita when they lived below the tavern on Broadway.

When Don & I moved from Everett to the eastside (1976) to open El Toro, we had many good times with George.

Such good memories over the decades attending family events, Greek events, George always the host extraordinaire.
There will never be another like him.

My deepest condolences to the family.
