Jeffrey Osburn Obituary

Jeff Osburn, 62, passed away on January 20, 2019 after a brave struggle to overcome complications from diabetes. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Michelle; his loving children, James and Theresa; and his two grandchildren, Isaiah and Alina, whom he considered and raised as his own. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay; and his father, Jerry. Memorial Service Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1 p.m. Salvation Army Church 2525 Rucker Ave Everett, WA 98201
