John Walker Obituary

John Arthur Walker, Sr.

John died suddenly on May 26th in Sedro Wooley, Washington. John was born December 17, 1953 in Richland Washington.
John liked his long career in the auto business, he liked to barbeque, but mostly loved to garden. John had humor in every situation that he was faced with. John didn't leave a huge mark in this world, but left one with his family, and his close friends.
John was preceded in his death by mother, Phyllis Dare Walker; and identical twin, Frank Lewis Walker.
John is survived by his son, John Walker Jr.; daughters, Heather Hood, and Jennifer Walker; father, Charles J. Walker Sr.; sisters, Colleen Hansen, Cheryl Artack, and Victoria Walker; brothers, Bill Christensen, Mike Christensen, Charles J. Walker Jr., and James Patrick Walker; and friend Sue Lowman.
To us, his friends and family, John will be missed. He lived his life as he chose, and that was valuable to him.

I'm so sorry to hear of John's passing. We have been friends since we were 12 years old. We were like brothers. I have alot of great memories of us growing up. John and his sense of humor will be missed!

John was a fantastic gardener and enjoyed surrounding himself with people who appreciated his knowledge and humor. He was a lonely man at heart and his gruff exterior kept many of us distanced from him.
He will be missed by many co-workers, friends and family. It saddens me to hear that we have not scheduled a gathering to celebrate his passing.
I hope he is happy and at peace now.

Oh dear dad, Can you see me now?
I am myself, like you, somehow.
I'll ride the wave Where it takes me.
I'll hold the pain, Release me.
