Kenneth Chambers Obituary

Ken was born to Floyd jr and Sheila Chambers in Everett and grew up in Lake Stevens Washington on a five acre farm on the Walker hill road. He was so adventurous with his siblings and neighborhood friends. There were forts and rope swings and many farm animals that Ken would hop on the back of and ride. He didn't like to go to school from a young age and often played hooky out in the woods. He'd sneak a couple of smokes from our mom and be good to go. He was a character and loved to make people laugh. He was the king of nicknames for people whether they liked it or not. He could make cars fly and Evel Knievel was his idol. He had wrestling names for himself like The Masked man, Genghis and The Wildfire. He was a Son, Brother, Dad, Uncle and the best friend that some had. He had a hard time being who he needed to be at times but always had love in his heart for everyone he considered worthy. He was kind and loved to say funny things. Ken had metals from the Army for expert marksmanship and grenade throwing. Ken lived his last happy years in Chloride, Az where he is laid to rest with other outlaws, bandits, drinkers, gamblers, risk takers, and daredevils.

Ken leaves behind two sons Ben and Bob, three siblings Mark, Teresa (Glen) and Jaquie (Jon). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and Grandchildren.

Ned says: Kenny liked to call me "Jesse" and my sister "Memo 6" because that was the saved button on my phone for her number. He was the originator of "GW" for my dad, the Grand Wizard of auto mechanics. I wish I could've seen him again before he died.

Kenny was hilarious and could keep up a running commentary on anything and everything, articulate and naughty, without skipping a beat. He was one of a kind, The Wildfire!

Kenny was a great guy with a funny sense of humor. You could tell he was a big ol´ softie. I´m grateful to learn more about him. Love to the family.
