Leonard Buckner Obituary

Leonard Buckner, 77, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2013 after a battle with COPD. He was born in Coupeville, WA. on August 14, 1936 to Virgil and Jessie (Libbey) Buckner. He lived in Coupeville until 1960, when he moved to the Everett, Lake Stevens area. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ann; brother, Hal Buckner; five children, Frank (Rhonda) Buckner, Terry and Gary Ervig, Susie (Harvey) Meyer and Barb (Joe) Wilson; eight grandchildren. He had a special bond with his grandson, Randy; and twelve great-grandchildren. He will be missed. A Celebration of his life will be at the Lake Stevens Senior Center, 2302 Soper Hill Road, Lake Stevens, WA. on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Len's honor may be sent to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County.
