Mark Raymond Jackels passed away unexpectedly in his home on December 22, 2022. He was 53 years old.
A loving husband and father, Mark was born on September 25, 1969, in Mt. Vernon, Washington to Vincent (Jack) and Diane (Harnden) Jackels. Mark shared a 33-year marriage with the love of his life, Carin. They resided on Camano Island, where they started their family. Their two children, Kelsey and Kyle, were unmistakably Mark's pride and joy.

Mark is survived by his wife, Carin, daughter, Kelsey and son, Kyle. He is also survived by his parents, Jack and Diane Jackels, brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Krista Jackels and several loving uncles, aunts, nieces, cousins, and extended family and friends.
Mark's celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the South Camano Grange located at 2227 S Camano Dr. Camano Island, WA 98282 from 2-5 p.m.

Just wanted to say, what a guy...
Had great times hanging with him every time.. memories -. His red Toyota pu climbing the gravel hills at "uncle Kenny 's pit". Target shooting there and of course Friday -Saturday night bonfire at the Thomle Rd house with Schmidt pops.. He loved cruising the island looking for bucks... What a great guy to have known !!
