Mrs Stapleton was my Kindergarten Teacher in 1966. She always said I would rather play in the housekeeping corner than participate in class. I can still remember the first day of school, I was very nervous, but she had a caring and firm way about her. I was amazed to read what a full life she led. She was an Icon at View Ridge. She will be long remembered.

Mrs. Stapleton was my kindergarten teacher at View Ridge, I still remember when we learned something new she would give us a fish to put in our own fish bowls. Her life touched on so many other peoples.

I was a student of Mrs. Stapleton's many years ago (1961) at View Ridge. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. She has lead a full life, some of us only dream of doing all that she has done. She was a wonderful teacher. May she rest peacefully.
